Leanne joined Morris Owen in June 1994 and has been a tax consultant since March 2005. Leanne is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Certified Accountant.
Having passed the probate and estate assessment, Morris Owen are licensed to carry out the reserved activity of non-contentious probate.
Leanne runs a large portfolio of private individuals and specialises in the area of inheritance tax, trusts and estates. She has experience dealing in dealing with probate and estates having assisted many executors in fulfilling their duties and obligations and dealing with estates on their behalf’s.

Rob Beale
Rob joined Morris Owen in 1990 and became a partner in 1998. Rob is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Chartered Accountant.
Having passed the probate and estate assessment, Morris Owen are licensed to carry out the reserved activity of non-contentious probate.
Rob runs a general portfolio but has particular specialisms tax planning for individuals. He has acted in the capacity of an executor and has experience in dealing with estates and obtaining probate.
