We look forward to welcoming both clients and visitors back to our office once again.

At this time we are continuing to review and update our business continuity planning so as to ensure that we can continue to provide our services to clients and to provide support at this time.

The screens we have in reception will be retained, and visitors are encouraged to leave details for track and trace purposes, so although not legally required to do so we will continue to display the QR check-in.

In common with all business premises, the outbreak of COVID-19 has caused us to make some changes to the way we use our office and we ask all visitors to keep to the following rules when coming to Morris Owen’s offices, for the safety of all the people who use the building.

1.1. Where possible we would ask that all visits to our offices to be by advanced appointment

1.2. We will be taking your temperature, upon arrival, using a non contact infra thermometer.

1.3. Please maintain social distancing of 2 metres at all times and avoid shaking hands.

1.4. We will maintain a record of all visitors. This will be held in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.morrisowen.com/privacy-statement/

1.5. All visitors should use the hand sanitiser station on entering the building. There are hand sanitisers in all meeting spaces and visitors are encouraged to use them. Hand washing facilities are of course also available in the lavatories.

1.6. All visitors will be shown directly into a meeting room upon arrival at reception.  Each meeting room will be through cleaned after every meeting.

1.7. If, within 14 days of your visit to our offices you become unwell with COVID-19 (tested or suspected), please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate steps for our staff.
