With the ongoing updates concerning COVID-19 and with the associated recent changes in Government policy, we wanted to reassure you that we continue to review and update our business continuity planning so as to ensure that we can continue to provide our services to clients and to provide support during this continuing difficult period.

At present and in light of recent guidance we continue to operate with the majority of the team working from home with a very small number of partners and staff working from our offices, under strict social-distancing rules. We are very fortunate that our buildings consist of many smaller working spaces which means those staff who cannot work from home can do so in isolation for the majority of the day.

Should you phone the office in order to speak to a member of the team, it may be the case that we need to arrange a call back for you. Your patience is appreciated at this time.

Whilst we are not facilitating any face to face meetings we are happy to schedule a video call with you.

Should you wish to pass us information digitally and securely then this can be achieved either through our encrypted email provider ‘Egress’ or via our secure cloud document sharing portal ‘Openspace’.

Where you need to make a physical delivery of any books or records to us that are larger than a standard sized envelope then please phone us and we can make arrangements for a secure drop off.

During these challenging times, we would request that we are given as much notice as is possible if you need to make changes to the service that we currently provide, so as to give us sufficient time to meet your needs.
