Based in Cirencester, Colburn Homes is an award-winning new homes company with a reputation for building small developments of the highest quality, in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Managing director Martin Evans and his partner, Paul Walton, set up the company in 1986.

Rob Beale at Morris Owen has been instrumental in the company’s growth. For the last twelve years he has managed the audit and provided financial advice. And not only has he provided specialist advice and planning for tax and VAT issues that affect the building industry, in 2003 Rob also helped the managing director give the company a new management structure.
