Morris Owen currently employs more than sixty staff in our Swindon and Cirencester offices.
We strive to provide an excellent working environment, and a company culture in which every employee has the opportunity to develop their skills and progress a career. We pride ourselves on our excellent record of achievement for training and in 1996 became the first practice in Wiltshire to be Investors in People accredited. Many of our staff remain with the practice for many years.
We encourage professional growth and achieve this through structured training programmes, annual staff appraisals and a management structure geared to ensuring that all staff are recognised and supported throughout their career development.
Each year we commit to training across the firm, and we recruit students from college or university to study and train for an accountancy qualification. Many of our recruits have gone on to become department managers and even partners within the firm. Currently there are no vacancies within Morris Owen.
